Armed forces are the military forces of the Republic of India. It consists of three services: Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. These three defense services protect the nation and fight against external aggression as well as internal conflicts.
We have never thought about it in our daily lives but it is only because of these brave soldiers that we lead a safe and peaceful life. Day and night these soldiers guard our borders so that no external forces can harm our country and also handle the situations internally during emergencies. They stay away from their families for months to protect us, do not think twice before going on a war and even sacrifice their life to keep us safe. They stay under harsh conditions, face extreme temperatures, have no luxuries, still are on guard , performing their duties on land, water and air.
A big salute to such brave selfless men and also to their families who think about the nation first. If these Armed Forces would not guard our country night and day, there would not be any moment when we could stay peacefully.
