If the night could talk,
It would tell its tale,
Of the galaxies and the moon
And that falling star leaving its trail…..
If the night could talk
It would reveal secrets hidden deep and dark
Of those who walk in the night
Some cold, some sway to catch their prey…..
Behind the starry gleams
Are a thousand struggling windows,
With the setting sun,
There are a million hearts where hope shines….
If night could talk,
It would guide those who went astray
heal who is wounded
sing to those who haven’t slept till it was day….
If I may talk to the night,
It could tell me the secrets of many
Those who are hunters
Or the spirits on a haunting frenzy….
And to me told the night,
It shall never be there, roaming forever
Dawn will shine once more
And even in night, a day is always somewhere
if only the night could talk !!!
