Smile…… it costs nothing!!! But it’s really not easy to smile when you are paying too much in life. You go through that time, that phase where things pile up on you from all sides, you almost suffocate but can’t escape. You feel its time to run away but just then you find all the doors closed. Your heart sinks, your breath paces up, you feel strangled, trapped, humiliated….. and you still have no way out.

You don’t need to compare your problems with others thinking they have more or you have bigger ones. Your bad time, your troubles are yours and you can’t see anything ahead of that. You hear bad things, you feel dejected and frustrated and amidst all this, all that you think is definitely not positive.

If it is not positive, it has to be negative. Now the question is how negative?? To a harmless extent or to a level where it affects you either mentally or physically or both. It is usually both, because we humans have no limit to our thoughts and feelings. To add on to it, we have circumstances and people who will always show you the darker side of things.

But…. There will be atleast one person, who acts like your savior. When the sun goes down and its only darkness you can see. Emotionally drained and mentally tired, that one ray which shines from nowhere can be the biggest strand of hope at the time of despair.  Believing in yourself is a good thing but sometimes that’s not enough. We are also good at deceiving ourself, making a humongous effort to overexaggerate things or just thinking and imagining worse than actually what is happening.

There is atleast one person who loves you, knows you and will never suggest you wrong. It might be the hard way out but for once you need to trust that  person when your own mind goes haywire!!

There are things which we already know or facts which are not new to us. But, we don’t really register it till someone tells it again or gives us a push. That one push from someone can actually take you ahead, twist your thoughts and energy in the other direction and maybe show you a different perspective altogether!

Anger overwhelms you in many ways where you lose the capacity to judge or decide. Then, it is most important to just listen to someone you trust. Be it your parent or partner or a friend. Some people unexpectedly change your life in a strangely good manner.

Venting out and sinking in positive advice is best that you can do. We all are a little broken, and that’s not so bad. Things change, people might come and go. Go, and still stay, somewhere locked deep within… priorities, health and circumstances , everything fluctuates with passing time. What remains is you and in the radius around you, those very few trusted, loved people of yours. Sometimes you need to cry to get that smile back, explode to maintain peace and just surrender to get a hold.

YOUR  SMILE COSTS NOTHING TO YOU BUT IT MIGHT BE PRECIOUS FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
